Confessions of a Topshopaholic

It began with denial. I didn’t want to believe I had a problem, so I simply pretended my problem didn’t exist. Next, I hid my habit, shrouding it from view. Yet before long, I was unable to control my obsession, and it spiraled into a serious addiction. What was my problem? Not drinking, not drugs, not cigarettes – something else entirely.

I’m a Topshopaholic.

As I’ve mentioned before, Topshop is one of my favorite stores. The only store in North America is in Manhattan, where my family happens to be visiting this weekend. Needless to say, I’m already excited to shop! Here are a few of my favorite pieces currently in stores:

Click the picture to enlarge! I’m currently in love with high-waisted shorts, chunky wedges, flirty minis, and anything adorned with bows. (Did you really expect anything else from me?) The cream cropped blazer is to die for, although I hesitate at the $125 price tag. I’ll let you know on Monday which of these gems wind up in my possession!

    Whoa, Topshop! I just bought something from there, seeing as I live only 10 minutes away :)

    I admit, I totally have an unhealthy obsession with everything from there…all of it.

      I’m jealous that you live so close! I only make it to New York a few times a year. (Topshop is one of my priority stops, along with Via Quadronno and Washington Square Park. Any other recommendations?)
