PROM
My prom was this past Thursday night and it was so much fun. I loved it! Here are some photos from the night:
My date Ray and me. My dress is the “Simply Sweetheart” gown by Nicole Miller from Rent the Runway. It cast rays of light around the room as I danced and made me feel like I was on the red carpet!
We exchanged the corsage and the boutonniere outside. They were beautiful!

Just a few of the couples lined up in the traditional prom pose. We had an enormous crowd, so it was tough to get everyone to smile and look in the same direction at the same time.
We posed in my friend Sophie‘s backyard. (Go check out her music – she’s incredible!) Believe it or not, this group doesn’t even represent everyone who was there for prom pictures. The final head count topped out at 44.

You look fantastic! Not many people can pull off the full-sequined dress, but it looks stunning on you. It’s nice to see a blogger actually feature Rent the Runway. I’ve heard a lot about it, but was never up for trying it…it’s definitely a site I’m going to consider using in the future.
